Final Marks

Final marks will be posted tomorrow on this blog and on the Secretaria Virtual.

Marks were given according to the percentages established in the course description.

Please bear in mind that if:


1- You have not handed in an assignement (oral included) this will reduce your mark accordingly. These assignments get '0' as explained in the course description.

2- You missed more than two thirds of the classes, 11 lessons, and have not justified these absences formally, you will fail because of absences.

3- You got betwen 8 and 10 as a final mark the exame de recurso will be on the 11th Feb at 10 a.m. ( Please note that this exam also has an oral-which will take place right after the written exam).

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Last class we did Unit 2D (Working animals).

We also decided on the dates for mini-talks, these will start Wednesday 9th Jan.

The mini-talks are to be on any topic of cultural interest but you need to check with me in advance in case some other student has chosen the same! Each pair has 10 minutes ( 5 min for

each student).

On the 16th Jan., you'll be having your final written assignment (discursive essay).

Orals wil take place in class on the 21st and 23rd Jan. (for the orals you'll need to read short

stories which you can get from NOVACÓPIA).

Be aware of absences.. Everyone should be present at the mini -talks, and of course, the class assignment. Absences have to be justified with an official note. Remember that you have to

attend 60% of the lessons.
